Refund policy
NO RETURN / FINAL SALE POLICY
Effective Date: June 6th, 2026
At Unordinary, all purchases are considered FINAL SALE. By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed.
This applies to all products sold through our store, without exception unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
2. No Buyer’s Remorse Returns
We do not issue refunds or accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection by customer
- Dissatisfaction with fit, style, or personal preference
- Accidental purchase
- Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchase
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information carefully before completing checkout.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is submitted, it immediately enters processing.
Because of this, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or reversed for any reason after purchase.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is materially defective due to manufacturing error or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may be denied.
To submit a claim, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographic evidence
- Description of the issue
We reserve the sole right to determine whether a replacement, store credit, or no action will be provided.
Refunds will not be issued automatically.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us regarding a legitimate issue may be considered abuse of our purchasing agreement.
We reserve the right to:
- Contest all unauthorized chargebacks
- Submit order confirmation, tracking records, and acceptance of policy as evidence
- Restrict future purchases associated with the customer’s name, address, payment method, or account
6. Refused Deliveries
Orders refused at delivery or abandoned after attempted delivery are not eligible for refund.
Shipping costs, carrier fees, and processing fees remain non-refundable.
7. Policy Acceptance
By purchasing from Unordinary, you confirm that:
- You have reviewed all product information before purchase
- You understand all sales are final
- You agree that no return, refund, or exchange rights exist except where legally required
8. Consumer Protection Laws
Nothing in this policy overrides any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Where local law requires a remedy, remedies will be limited strictly to those legally required.
